I have an amount “Pending” - Why?

All purchases on Designer Wardrobe automatically have  DW Purchase Protection. We do this to keep everyone safe, and don't forget trusting Buyers are a lot more likely to purchase your item! If you recently sold an item on Designer Wardrobe, your earnings from that sale will be visible as Pending until the sale is complete. You can view your Pending cash balance at any time here.

1
Once we have received funds from the Buyer - you will be sent an email that it is safe to send your item (we will provide all postage instructions).
2
When you've sent the item, make sure that you enter the tracking number into your sale. You will be reminded to do this via email.
3
Once the Buyer has received the item (and is happy that it matches the listing description), you will automatically be paid out to your  DW Wallet 24 hours after it has been marked as Delivered. Easy!

If you do not enter your tracking, or send your item on an unsupported courier - we are unable to pay you out automatically. Your earnings will be available once the Buyer has confirmed they have received the item - or - 7 weekdays after the item was paid for, if we haven't heard from the Buyer.

If the Buyer has Opened a Dispute due to an issue with their purchase, your earnings will remain pending until resolution. Likewise, if the Buyer has extended their Purchase Protection because they haven’t yet received their item, your earnings will remain pending until the Buyer Protection Period elapses.
