How to track your rental

If you are having an upcoming rental delivered, you will:

  • Receive a tracking number (called "Rental On Way") to the email address associated with your DW account.
  • Receive a text message to the cellphone number you entered when you booked your rental.

We use NZ Post as our delivery partner.  If there are any delivery issues, please call NZ Post on 0800501501.
