Unattended pick-up
When booking a pickup with our "Book a Courier" service, you can optionally leave your item at the front door (or an easy to access location around your pickup location), and the courier will pick up the item for you. Just remember to leave clear pick-up instructions!
If you do choose this option and leave your item unattended, it's important to note that Designer Wardrobe and Courier Post/NZ Post have no liability for any damage or loss to the item until it has an electronic scan applied, which indicates the item has been accepted into the Carrier’s network.
