It’s always great to Sell an item, but the Shipping part can be such a hassle! That’s why we created DW Shipping Kits - it’s the easiest way to send your items.
I've sold an item. What happens now?
That's great! If you opted to use our free Shipping Kits - we'll send you a package that contains a tracked courier bag (as per the size you indicated), pre-addressed to the Buyer. All you need to do is place the item in the bag and drop it off at your nearest NZ Post or drop-off location. Nothing else!
How does it work?
When deciding on Shipping options when listing your item, you have a choice to use our Free Shipping Kits or organise your own Shipping. If you choose the DW Shipping Kit option, all you need to do is pick the Shipping Kit size most appropriate for the item you are listing. To make it simple, there are 3 options available:
Small - 13 cm x 24 cm
Fits most accessories, swimwear and some silk dresses.
Medium - 25 cm x 32 cm
Fits most tops and bottoms, dresses and playsuits.
Large - 39.5 cm x 44 cm
Fits most bags, jackets and footwear.
What happens when you sell your item
We will automatically mail you a Shipping Kit that includes a pre-addressed + tracked courier bag based on the size you chose when listing your item.
Who pays Shipping?
As a Seller, this service is provided at no cost to you. Designer Wardrobe picks up part of the cost of this service, with the rest being paid for by the Buyer as part of the total purchase price.
