How do I confirm I have received my order?

If you have received your item and it is as per the listing description, you are able to Confirm Order Received so that the Seller can be paid before your DW Buyer Protection period expires.

Once you have received your item, you will be emailed a link to confirm your order. Just follow the link to your listing and click Confirm Order Received.

Alternatively, you can locate and click on your listing by going to your Dashboard (or "Me" section) and then the My Purchases tab. From there, select the appropriate purchase and click Confirm Order Received.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please Open a Dispute before the DW Purchase Protection period expires. Please note if you do not confirm you have received your order, you will receive an email when it is about expire in 24 hours, after which it will happen automatically.
